20160312 miso poached salmon

Gordon Ramsey recipe.  Miso, seafood stock,  ginger, red chili,  lime zest, bok choy. The one drawback was no instruction on how long to poach, so it got a little mushy. Perfect amount of heat from the chili, nice flavors.  With a gruner veltliner.
