20160312 miso poached salmon

Gordon Ramsey recipe.  Miso, seafood stock,  ginger, red chili,  lime zest, bok choy. The one drawback was no instruction on how long to poach, so it got a little mushy. Perfect amount of heat from the chili, nice flavors.  With a gruner veltliner.

20160106 - pork chop with radicchio salad

Pan seared pork chop,  radicchio salad with roasted red potatoes and green beans,  red wine vinaigrette.
Beverage - Saumur (chenin blanc ). Nice tropical fruit nose,  light acidity,  pear abs melon,  no oak. A little stomped on by the bitterness of the radicchio.
