Pan seared pork chop,  radicchio salad with roasted red potatoes and green beans,  red wine vinaigrette.
Beverage - Saumur (chenin blanc ). Nice tropical fruit nose,  light acidity,  pear abs melon,  no oak. A little stomped on by the bitterness of the radicchio.

Zatarains mix,  Bavarian Meats andouille sausage. A useful fallback. Was supposed to have been ravioli, but we lacked garlic and the correct sort of tomatoes.
