Veal scalloppini, with red potatoes and roasted green beans

Laculle brut champagne - bright, lemony, toast nose,  good acidity

20151230 - risotto with shrimp, black trumpet mushrooms, and sea beans

Mushrooms and sea beans from pike place.

Beverage- 2010 Biancu Gentile, which turns out to be a very rare grape varietal from Corsica. Has a nose like champagne, clementine notes. 

20151229 - Tacos

Tacos have a great many components, mine usually contain beef picadillo, cheese, green salsa, sour cream, and purple cabbage.
